Perched on a cliffside, the Seaside Estate project involved creating a sprawling multi-level residence that maximizes panoramic ocean views. The design utilizes a tiered structure to ensure every room has access to private terraces and natural sea breezes.

Our engineering team focused on specialized foundation techniques to provide long-term stability against coastal erosion, while the interior features a palette inspired by the surrounding shoreline.
